Based in the heart of Wrexham town centre, our well-established practice provides both NHS and private cosmetic dentistry, with the added convenience of free on-street parking. You will manage appointments, handle enquiries, and support the wider team with efficient and accurate administration. Key Responsibilities Welcoming and checking in patients, ensuring records are complete Booking, managing, and confirming appointments Handling telephone, email, and online enquiries Presenting treatment plans and processing payments Managing lab work bookings and dispatch Following up outstanding payments and missed appointments Responding to new patient enquiries and introducing services Maintaining accurate patient records and strict confidentiality Supporting the clinical and management team as needed About You Friendly, professional communicator with excellent customer service skills Well organised, reliable, and proactive Strong attention to detail Confident using IT systems (dental software experience helpful but not essential) Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred If you are looking for a long-term role where you will be supported, valued, and given the tools to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
