This role will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate processing, timely reporting, and effective financial administration. Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable
* Reconcile bank statements and financial records
* Support month-end processes, including journals and reporting
* Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
* Respond to internal and external finance queries
* Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation
* Support the internal HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
About You
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
* AAT qualification or working towards one is advantageous but not essential
