This includes supporting, leading and motivating the team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets. As a kitchen shift manager, you will run shifts and work unsupervised to achieve the following daily: excellent customer service serving food to the correct specification, while achieving food-delivery-time targets at all times adhering to all Wetherspoon standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies, to maintain a clean, safe and legal workplace We`re looking for people with a can-do attitude, not afraid of hard work.
