A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Second Chef to join one of the most renowned golf clubs in Rotherham, Sitwell Park Golf Club. We are seeking a dedicated individual to work alongside our Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of our professional kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· To assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of fresh food operation
· Smooth running of the kitchen in Head Chef's absence
* Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
* Focus on fresh food
· Good communication skills
· To be able to work solely and as part of a team
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Flexible and adaptable, with a commitment to maintaining high standards

Requirements:
· Level 2 Hygiene minimum
· Self-motivated and driven
· Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
