St Charles Borromeo School is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to support the Office Manager and the school’s Leadership Team.
The post is initially offered for 4 days a week, 28 hours, at XCET 4 (FTE £24,275- £25,993, or £16,243- £17,707 pro rata)), but we would consider less hours and a job share for the right candidate(s).

The successful candidate(s) will be a professional and motivated individual who will be a key member of the front office administration team, supporting the school’s leadership and providing a diverse range of secretarial, financial and administrative duties for the whole school. This is an exciting time and opportunity to add real value to the school, following a restructure of the Administration function. The ideal candidate(s) will possess a high level of communication, numerical and IT skills. Experience of working in a busy office environment would be highly desirable.

- Been educated to a reasonable level, with evidence of competency in Maths and English
