* MRICS - Chartered
* Experience across projects and professional instructions
* Hands-on mindset in a small and collaborative close-knit team
* Comfortable managing a varied workload across London and the Southeast
What you’ll do
* Work on commercial and high-end residential projects up to £1m
* Deliver a range of working incl. dilapidations, party wall, CA/PM and PPM
* Provide employers agent and principal designer services
