Marshall Volvo Grantham is offering an exciting opportunity for a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups.
Full-time 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Responsibilities
* You’ll be the crucial link between our customers and the workshop, delivering a seamless and professional service from booking through to collection.
* You’ll welcome customers at the front of house, keep them informed throughout the process, and proactively manage follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
* You’ll complete admin tasks efficiently and accurately, support customers with future vehicle needs, and act as a trusted advisor when it comes to maintenance, repairs, and service plans.
* Be the right person for a role that benefits from customer service experience; automotive background is ideal but not mandatory.
* Be organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload and customer base.
* Be a team player who can handle issues professionally, stay calm under pressure, and use systems confidently to keep customers updated.
* Deliver a positive customer experience every time.
