About the Role You will be the Customer Service Adviser at Abingdon Library. Customer Service Advisers are the first point of contact with library customers and library partners. The role involves continual interaction with users of the library, face to face, via email or by telephone and is a job where you can have a significant impact on the customer experience. As well as helping customers find and use resources, this role is also detail oriented and involves performing administrative and clerical duties and organising library material and information. As the first point of contact, you will play a really important role in making sure every one of our visitors have a great experience.
