Do you have previous experience of delivering substantial customer value through design and delivery of secondary care provider networks in a health insurance context? We have a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity available, working 24 hours per week.
You'll work with our provider team to establish a comprehensive surgical network, that will improve member outcomes and the value of care our customers receive.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting providers or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:
• Establish and finalise the business case for a comprehensive surgical network.
• Create and assure delivery on the detailed business plan.
• Follow a proposed timeline of structured monthly activities, completing this within a 6-month period, or sooner.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain quality standards.
• Ensure transparent reporting of business plan delivery, performance metrics and financial impacts.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in provider management practices.

What you'll bring:
• Previous demonstrable and substantial delivery of this specific type of network in a health insurance context.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to guide and support analysts to design, deliver, and interpret complex data sets.
• Expertise in leading and managing multi-disciplined teams and projects.
• Matrix people and resource management expertise.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
