Project Manager Paying £21.70 per hr ref 5271432 Full time hours on a temporary basis We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact, transformational projects that support council priorities and drive meaningful change across services. Key Responsibilities Lead complex, cross-functional projects from discovery to delivery, embedding change into business as usual. Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic decision-making. Use data analytics and insight to inform project direction and evaluate outcomes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and senior leaders. Design and implement stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation strategies. Ensure robust governance, documentation, and compliance with council standards. Manage multidisciplinary teams and supervise project support staff. Continuously improve services, identify efficiencies, and deliver value for money. Ideally experience managing complex transformation projects. Strong analytical, financial modelling, and stakeholder engagement skills is an advantage. Service design, change management, and project assurance is beneficial.
