Your new role
This new position has been created due to the expansion of the lower primary provision - a fantastic opportunity to join the school at a pivotal and energising time. The role involves:
* Leading a small primary class with a focus on early learning, emotional development, and foundational skills
* Creating a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team
* Supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve their full potential
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Minimum 2-3 years' teaching experience
* A strong understanding of early primary pedagogy
* A passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs
* A commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice
