Group Reporting ManagerCoventry | Hybrid (3 days in-office) | Up to £65,000 + BenefitsWe are working with a leading organisation based in Coventry that is seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager to join their high-performing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well-established business with a strong reputation in its sector.
Key Responsibilities:Monthly Group Reporting - Take ownership of the monthly consolidation and reporting process across multiple entities within the group, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead the quarterly budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide insightful analysis and strategic input.Cashflow Forecasting - Produce robust short- and long-term cashflow forecasts, supporting effective financial planning and decision-making.Audit Liaison - Act as the key point of contact for external auditors during year-end and interim audits, ensuring compliance and supporting the smooth delivery of audit requirements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A fully qualified accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong experience in group reporting within a complex business environmentA solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow managementExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersPrior experience working closely with auditors and preparing consolidated accounts
