The standard hours of work are39 hours per week.Staff are required to work on a rota basis between 07:30 and 16:00 Monday to Thursday; 07:30 and 15:00 Friday; 07:30 and 15:30 Saturday to Sunday.There will be a need to work 1 in 3 weekends but this would be on a rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary).
What you will do:
* Routine and non-routine maintenance.
* Mains water supply repairs.
* Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
* Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
What you will bring:
* Full driving licence
* Experience in a commercial environment
* Experience in operating light plant
* NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is preferred (we may consider NVQ level 2)
* Legionella Control (L8) is desirable
