Current vacancy for an interim Head of Grounds and Gardens for a education provider. This role is based in Birmingham and will be leading a team of circa 35 people. Duties will include; * Staff training, leadership and management. * Risk assessments and site audits. * Managing H&S for the teams to required industry standards. * Provide value for money on services and contracts. * Management of fleet, parts and supplies. * Services reviews. * Working with internal colleagues and stakeholders
