Property Manager
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
The Role
I’m working with a well-established agency who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team in the Rainham office. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re confident handling the full property management cycle and want to work in a supportive, professional environment.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing maintenance from the initial enquiry right through to invoicing.
* Reviewing property visit reports and advising landlords accordingly.
* Managing compliance certifications after tenant move-in.
* Handling end-of-tenancy processes: serving notices, attending court hearings, overseeing evictions, and negotiating deposit returns.
* Resolving day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
* Delivering excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, contractors, and colleagues.
About You
* Previous property management experience (essential).
* Solid knowledge of lettings compliance and legal processes.
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
* Able to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.
* Customer-focused and proactive in resolving issues.
