Boutique Manager - Selfridges, Montblanc
We are looking for a Boutique Manager to drive sales, strategy and team performance in a luxury environment.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales, strategic objectives and P&L management.
* Develop and track KPIs, implementing initiatives to boost sales especially for high‑end products.
* Ensure strict adherence to Montblanc brand guidelines for visual merchandising and customer service.
* Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team focused on results and customer service.
* Recruit, train and conduct performance reviews for team members.
* Maintain optimal staffing and coverage for all boutique operating hours.
* Optimise stock, merchandising and inventory management to maximise sell‑through.
* Collaborate with operations and logistics for efficient stock availability. Oversee till operations, IT systems, security and maintenance.
* Ensure impeccable customer service and memorable client experiences. Develop and implement CRM strategies with marketing teams.
* Manage VIP client relationships and promote corporate gifting opportunities.
* Oversee all client service and related topics.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in a managerial position within a luxury environment with demonstrable leadership skills.
* Exceptional client relationship management skills and experience building client‑centric and omnichannel‑mindset teams.
* Strategic and analytical thinker capable of making quick and efficient decisions.
* Passion for luxury products and the Montblanc brand.
