We are seeking an ASB & Safeguarding Team Leader to lead with integrity and commitment in addressing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and community safety concerns. This role involves proactive investigation, resolution, and prevention strategies, championing a collaborative and victim-focused approach. The successful candidate will lead a team of ASB Advisors and a Safeguarding Officer, ensuring high standards, consistency, and compliance in case management across the team.

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and develop the ASB team, ensuring consistency and compliance within the team.
* Triage and prioritise ASB reports, assessing risk and urgency.
* Manage a caseload of complex ASB and tenancy breach cases from investigation to resolution.
* Gather evidence, take witness statements, and prepare legal casework.
* Support legal action preparation with comprehensive case files.
* Serve notices, attend evictions, and represent the organisation in court.
* Promote ASB reporting and provide advice through community engagement.
* Interview alleged perpetrators to assess risk and explore solutions.
* Identify safeguarding concerns and liaise with external agencies.
* Collaborate with partners to address ASB and community safety issues.
* Maintain accurate case records and meet performance targets.
* Analyse and report compliance data to inform service improvements.
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 12 months in ASB/safeguarding leadership within social housing or similar.
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams, conduct case reviews, and ensure compliance.
* Strong ASB case management, including domestic abuse, hate crime, and tenancy breaches.
* Skilled in investigations, interviews, evidence gathering, legal casework, and court presentation.
* Confident in risk assessment, prioritising reports, and determining appropriate actions.
* In-depth knowledge of ASB, safeguarding, housing law, and enforcement tools.
* An understanding of consumer standards and how that impacts the team.
* Delivers high-quality, timely, and inclusive customer service; manages expectations effectively.
* Strong communicator across diverse audiences and channels; builds collaborative partnerships.
* Experienced in multi-agency working and stakeholder engagement.
* Flexible and committed, with the ability to travel daily and attend occasional out-of-hours meetings or training.
