This role directly contributes to the wellbeing and happiness of our residents by supporting a balanced, nutritious diet and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and care.Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day smooth operation of the kitchen
* Understand and cater to special dietary needs, ensuring presentation and nutritional standards are met
* Support the kitchen team in preparing cooking and plating high-quality meals
* Clean kitchen areas and equipment according to work schedules
* Assist with meal service in the dining areas
* Tidy up and wash dishes, utensils, and surfaces after meals
* Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures at all times
* Ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming kitchen and food service environment
