About The Role
As disponibili an CRIMS Software Engineer, QM, you will be a member of the Development Chapter within the Asset Management Tribe, reporting to the Development Chapter Lead and working as part ricerca as a cross‑functional team. This role IDX is uniquely positioned at the intersection of technology and business, supporting rapid solution delivery for investment professionals, analysts and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain business‑aligned applications and services that support investment operations, ensuring scalability, performance and maintainability.
* Build and support data integration and transformation pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SQL and Power Platform.
* Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver rapid, fit‑for‑purpose solutions in an Agile environment.
* Develop lightweight applications, scripts and dashboards using Python, Power BI and other low‑code/no‑code tools to support operational and analytical needs.
* Design and implement API integrations and data workflows to enable seamless connectivity across systems.
* Support data analysis and reporting initiatives by building queries, visualizations and automation pipelines.
* Adapt quickly to new tools and platforms as needed.
* Apply engineering best practices – test automation, CI/CD pipelines and secure coding standards.
* Participate in code reviews, pair programming and collaborative problem‑solving.
* Explore and apply AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve efficiency.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
* Ensure solutions are well‑documented, observable and production‑ready with appropriate logging and monitoring.
* Drive continuous improvement in development tools, processes and team ways of working.
About The Candidate

You can quickly understand complex business requirements – even under tight deadlines – and translate them into practical, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate balances short‑term tactical delivery with a long‑term strategic mindset, ensuring solutions are both effective and sustainable.
You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, liaising regularly with internal and external data providers to ensure accurate and complete data flows. Prior experience in asset‑management or financial services is highly valued.

* Experience in Asset Management or Finance Technology
* Problem‑solving ability
* Flexibility across technologies and a drive to learn about the business and future technology
* Experience with Charles River IMS – CRIMS
* Strong understanding of DevOps tooling and code deployment
* Solid foundation in SQL and T‑SQL
* Proven software development experience with a focus on delivering business‑aligned solutions
