Were working with a well‑established, internationally backed engineering manufacturer seeking a Change Management CAD Engineer to join their growing engineering team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of existing products, supporting engineering change requests, updating designs, and collaborating with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Creating and modifying 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks
* Investigating and implementing engineering change requests
* Managing drawing revisions and technical documentation
* Updating Bills of Materials (BOMs)
* Supporting engineering process improvements
* Working closely with production, quality, purchasing and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Passion for continuous improvement
Bonus Skills:
* Electro‑mechanical product knowledge
* SolidWorks PDM experience
* ERP system experience (SAP, IFS, Priority or similar)
