Phase Electrical Distributors is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Manager to support the successful day to day operation of our busy Shoreham branch in West Sussex.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in the electrical wholesale industry, who is passionate about driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Role Description
As a Sales Manager at Phase Electrical Distributors Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and building strong customer relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Shoreham-By-Sea. Your day-to-day responsibilities include but limited to,
* Work towards and consistently achieve sales targets
* Maximise sales performance and develop the customer base within your designated area
* Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers
* Manage and regularly update your CRM call planner
* Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities
* Build trust and establish long term partnerships with key clients
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on achieving targets.
* Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and planning.
* Knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry, is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deal with market trends and adapt strategies to meet customer and business needs.
* Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
* A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant professional experience, and a background in sales or a related field.
