Job Description
* Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the company, suppliers and customers.
* Prepare and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams (design/sales/manufacturing) to align construction efforts with broader business goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Contract Manager should have:
* Previous experience in managing construction projects, ideally within the fit-out sector!
* Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management practices.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* A relevant qualification in construction, project management, or a related field.
