The Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled HRIS Manager to drive the strategic management, optimization, and continuous enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Summary of the role and key responsibilities
This role will oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance while enhancing HR operational efficiency. Working closely with HR, IT, and external vendors, the HRIS Manager will lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training to support the company’s evolving needs.
Key skills required
* This position requires strong technical expertise in platforms like, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM, along with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and IT systems. Experience with specific HRIS platforms, in particular Service Now and SAP Success Factors) is essential
* Proven experience with HRIS implementation and management
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous
* 10+ years of relevant experience
