The Role:
This role is looking after Executive Creative Directors and Creative Directors in our Creative department for VCCP Blue. It’s a very collaborative team where communication is key to keeping on top of diaries, meetings, travel, events, and socials. The PA also works closely with the Head of Creative Services and Production to ensure alignment across the teams.
No two days are the same, and aside from the day-to-day PA duties, you’ll also be managing events for the department, monthly socials, pulling together the content for the monthly team presentations, and covering for the other PAs in VCCP Blue.
The role would suit someone who is an established PA who enjoys working with Creatives. Experience working in the Advertising industry with knowledge of how an agency works would be ideal, but not essential.
The candidate must be proactive and be able to work autonomously. However, teamwork is integral to VCCP and the role, so the successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team and be willing to muck in and assist others where necessary. The candidate will be expected to complete a wide range of tasks, so someone who is unprecious is a must.
