Job Description Private Client Senior Associate (6 PQE) Salary Starting from c. £75,000 ( bonus) Location: Harrow area Opportunity to help lead and grow the department Our client is a well-regarded law firm with an ambitious private client practice and a strong pipeline of high-quality work. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Private Client lawyer who wants more than “just a caseload” — you’ll have real scope to influence the department’s direction, work closely with entrepreneurial families and HNW clients, and progress into a leadership role. The Opportunity You’ll advise on complex private client matters, support business owners and high-net-worth individuals with succession and tax planning, and play a key role in the continued growth of the department. Key Responsibilities Draft and advise on complex Wills and estate planning Create and administer trusts, including ongoing trust management Manage probate and estate administration, including taxable estates Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Deliver asset protection and succession planning for business owners and HNW clients Build strong relationships with clients and professional referrers Support the firm’s growth and work towards helping lead the department over time About You (Requirements) Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales At least 6 years’ PQE with strong, current UK private client experience Excellent technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts Strong drafting skills and confident, high-quality client care Comfortable advising HNW individuals, entrepreneurial families and business owners Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused STEP qualification is desirable (or working towards it) Location & Working Arrangement Harrow area (North West London) Working arrangement to be confirmed, with flexibility available where appropriate.
