Weekend Production Supervisor
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £44,000-£52,000 + 12% Bonus + Benefits + 44% Shift Premium
Shift Pattern: Friday to Monday, rotating day/night shifts (32 hours/week)
As a Manufacturing Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 45–50 Associates to deliver performance in safety, quality, and productivity. You’ll coach, support, and inspire your team, playing a vital role in continuous improvement and operational success at our Plymouth site.
What are we looking for?
* Experience managing or supervising teams, ideally in an operational or production setting.
* Confident communicator capable of working with people at all levels and backgrounds.
* Problem-solver who takes initiative and makes decisions confidently.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with continuous improvement or OPEX practices.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Lead your team in daily operations to meet safety, quality, and food safety KPIs.
* Manage work allocation, shift planning, attendance, and performance supportively and fairly.
* Build a strong team culture through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
* Drive operational improvements and support efficiency and team capability projects.
