Location: Watford - must be a driver and have access to your own car
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (fully office based until completion of 6-month probation, then 1 day working from home is offered)
Salary: £30,000

Responsibilities
As our coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your tasks will include:
* Coordinating project schedules and resources
* Maintaining project documentation and reports
* Communicating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
* Assisting in budget tracking and financial reporting
* Organising meetings and taking meeting minutes
* Providing administrative support to the project team
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience as an PA/coordinator or similar role
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* A proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
