We're Seeking a Part-Time Financial Administrator / Bookkeeper near Bristol / South Gloucester .Are you a financially savvy professional with strong QuickBooks experience and great communication skills? We're a growing, dynamic business operating in the property and short-term rentals sector, including Airbnb and other property rental platforms, and we're looking for the right person to work with us on a flexible, contract basis. About the Role Part-time: 3–4 days per week, Salary Dependant on experience. Hours: Ideally between 10am–3pm (some flexibility) Location: Hybrid – mostly remote, with regular travel to our home office in Frampton Cotterell (South Gloucestershire) Start: ASAP Engagement Type: This is a freelance/contractor role, but we may consider evolving the position into a part-time employment contract in the future, if that suits both parties. Responsibilities Day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online Managing VAT returns and payroll processes Handling payments, invoices, and reconciliations Liaising professionally with suppliers and customers Supporting with general administrative and financial tasks What We're Looking For Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration Strong understanding of VAT and payroll Confident using QuickBooks Online Comfortable communicating with both customers and suppliers Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Based within easy reach of Frampton Cotterell Why Work With Us?
