Head of Year (Director of Studies) and Teacher
Rainham School for Girls is looking to appoint a highly skilled Head of Year (Director of Studies) and Teacher to lead a team of form tutors within a year group in maximizing individual student academic progress and personal development.
Preferred Candidate
* Experience of monitoring, tracking and supporting students.
* Desire to promote high standards and effective teaching and learning.
* Competence to lead, manage, develop and inspire people individually and as a team.
* Commitment to the welfare and achievement of the students in their year group.
