As our Analyst, you'll join a team of talented and ambitious professionals working within a collaborative and supportive environment where our aim is to grow and develop together, continuously learning and improving in our careers.
Your responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing large data sets to perform gap analyses, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations. You'll present your findings to support strategic initiatives and work closely with stakeholders to design and build Power BI dashboards, aiming to automate reporting and generate actionable insights.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet customer service and financial targets. Strong stakeholder management and a continuous improvement mindset are essential, along with the ability to identify opportunities and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
You will contribute to various projects, creating insightful reports for management and teams, gaining a deep understanding of the Cromwell retail business.

What are we looking for?
* Analytical or mathematical background in a numerate discipline (STEM degree preferred).
* Motivated problem-solver with attention to detail, initiative, and results-driven approach.
* Effective time management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and keeping stakeholders informed.
* Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards to support business initiatives (preferred).
* Skills in SQL, Excel, and dashboard software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (preferred).
* Experience working with large data sets for analysis (preferred).
