Salary: £115,200 - 115,200 per year Requirements: Proven experience in IT Service Transition / Service Delivery roles Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Service Management principles Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA) Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments Strong knowledge of service design and operational readiness Experience defining and managing SLAs, OLAs, and support models Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams and suppliers Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Experience working in a regulated environment is highly desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to challenge and influence project teams constructively Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Proactive, self-managing, and delivery-focused Responsibilities: Lead the service design and transition activities for new and existing IT services Act as the primary interface between project teams and IT operations for service acceptance Manage the Service Introduction process across a portfolio of projects Produce and maintain Service Introduction Checklists, documentation, and acceptance criteria Ensure all services meet operational readiness, including support models, SLAs, and documentation Create and present service acceptance proposals to stakeholders Identify, assess, and mitigate service risks Develop and maintain IT support models, service catalogues, and operational procedures Work with stakeholders to define Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for services Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements Provide RAG status reporting and track service transition milestones Collaborate with technical teams to validate test strategies, performance, and capacity prior to go-live Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service transition and design processes Technologies: Support ITIL ITSM JIRA ServiceNow More: We are seeking an experienced Service Transition Analyst to lead and support the design, transition, and continuous improvement of IT services within a complex, regulated environment.
