Key Responsibilities
* Independently shape and deliver high-quality solutions to clients, ensuring impactful and pragmatic outcomes
* Lead and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, and operations
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, maintaining a consistent focus on delivering value
* Contribute to the development of internal capabilities, bringing your experience to evolve service offerings
* Mentor and develop junior consultants, supporting the growth of future talent
* Take ownership of smaller teams and workstreams, driving delivery excellence
What We’re Looking For
* 5–6+ years’ consulting experience, with the ability to step into a leadership role quickly
* Strong generalist consulting skillset, with experience across areas such as project/programme management, change, and technology
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Solid consulting fundamentals, including problem solving, data-driven decision making, and presentation development
* Ability to manage multiple engagements and run effective, outcome-focused meetings
* A client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work
* Ambition and enthusiasm for joining a growing, non-traditional consulting environment
* Experience leading or mentoring small teams
