What you’ll do
* Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
* Automate the DevOps lifecycle with CI/CD pipelines that streamline software delivery and enable developer autonomy.
* Develop bespoke internal tools and centralized developer platforms (IDPs) to improve engineering efficiency.
* Provision and monitor cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Champion platform adoption, support teams using the platform, and lead improvements based on real user feedback.
* Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies, including AI‑enhanced monitoring and automation‑first solutions.
* Promote a culture of collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement through active engagement with cross‑functional teams.
* Ensure platform services align with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll need
* Proficiency with IaC and DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
* Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
* Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
* Background in Agile product ownership and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
