Multi-brand Service Advisor required in Yeovil
Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Service Advisor to join their dynamic team—an exciting opportunity for those passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within a forward-thinking automotive environment. Our client will consider Service Advisors from various backgrounds including customer services, hospitality and retail as well as the motor trade.

As the successful Vehicle Service Advisor your responsibilities will be:
9. Providing a pro-active service to customers.
10. Scheduling in their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work.
11. Arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle.
12. Take ownership of customer queries and resolve any issues.
13. Invoicing work done and taking payments.
14. Working towards company targets and KPI’s.
The successful Vehicle Service Advisor will ideally have previous experience in the position, but that is not essential as full training will be provided. You must be confident and proactive as well as computer literate.
