Our client is an A1 Construction Developer specializing in new HDB and Condominium projects.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in any type of construction site
Job Scope:
1. Oversees construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with project specifications.
2. Manage daily operations: oversee all aspects of construction, monitor progress, and ensure timely task completion.
3. Enforce safety protocols: ensure all staff and workers strictly follow safety standards to minimize accidents.
4. Supervise workers: manage subcontractors and in-house workers, ensuring quality standards are met.
5. Identify and mitigate risks: address any issues or risks during the project.
