Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, plus on-call rota
The Role:
As the Registered Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of two residential care services supporting adults with autism and learning difficulties. You'll lead and develop a team of dedicated Assistant Managers and support staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire teams to deliver outstanding care
* Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
* Work proactively to manage risk and promote positive outcomes
* Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and wider stakeholders.
* Promote best practice in areas such as Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA and the Care Act
* Collaborate with internal quality and compliance teams to uphold service standards
* Take part in the on-call rota and provide operational support as needed
About You:
We're looking for someone who is a visible, confident leader with a proven track record of managing adult care services. You'll be passionate about making a real difference and empowering your team to do the same.
To be successful, you will need:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience coaching and leading care teams in a regulated setting.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA, and relevant care legislation.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff. xsngvjr
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) - or working towards it.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
