This opportunity has come about due to continued growth and increasing demand in the residential property department. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential sale and purchase matters from instruction to completion. This includes dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership, new builds and transfers of equity. The role sits within a busy, friendly team where collaboration and client care are key. You’ll be expected to work independently while benefiting from support, technology and supervision where needed. Key Responsibilities Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties Managing files efficiently through a case management system Providing clear legal advice to clients throughout the transaction Ensuring compliance with CQS and regulatory standards What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing Confident in handling your own caseload independently Strong technical knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, client-focused approach Why Join This Firm?
