Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors and ensuring they sign the visitor book.
* Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area and meeting rooms.
* Managing the office diary for meetings, events, and therapy sessions.
* Ensuring confidentiality and security within the service.
* Handling telephone calls, emails, and post efficiently.
* Performing ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Ensuring brochures and leaflets are well displayed.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional, confident, and diplomatic demeanor.
* GCSE English Language Grade C or above.
* Efficient, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
* Understanding of confidentiality and security protocols.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The hospital is a purpose-built 101-bed facility for individuals with mental health needs, including wards dedicated to Learning Disabilities and Autism, working alongside reputable NHS and foundation trusts.
