Our team is responsible for managing the business, industrial, and end-to-end activities focusing on the Wing, as well as working with our Risk Sharing Partners and suppliers. We also manage any potential impacts to our Final Aircraft Assembly Lines in Toulouse, Hamburg, Mobile, and Tianjin. What you will be doing: As the successful candidate, your main activities will include: * Support the deployment of an updated Business Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system ensuring time, cost and delivery targets are met using project management tools and techniques; * Work closely with other functions building effective relationships and networks to support delivery of the ERP sub projects and tasks; * Working with other VSM project leaders and members of the team to ensure best practice is shared across the VSM; * Working within an Agile project Management framework lead and support ERP sub projects & tasks that contribute to the key ERP Deployment objectives including; Data Readiness, De-Risk Testing, Issue Resolution, Cutover Management, Change Management; * Development and use of KPI’s, project/issue reporting in order to provide a clear and concise status supporting key reviews; * Work closely with internal and external suppliers when issues arise to ensure timely closure, robust root cause analysis and mitigation through lessons learnt.
