Hours: Monday – Friday (37 hours)
8:30 – 5pm (Flexible)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Wirral
We are looking for a registered manager to run a children's residential home supporting young people with complex needs.
Working at a residential crisis children’s home.
Manage and oversee the home
Ensure high standards for Ofsted’s quality standards
Work alongside other heads of departments
Ensure there is a high standard of care from all staff
Ensure the quality of the children’s development is met
Sorting all paperwork/record keeping and operation procedures are met
Domestic duties and overseeing maintenance of the home.
Qualifications and experience:
Level 5 NVQ working with children (Management)
Experience working with Ofsted
12 months experience managing a residential children’s home.
Will take an experienced deputy manager
