What will the Credit Controller role involve?
Managing the full credit control cycle, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances and enhancing cash flow
Building strong relationships with clients to support ongoing credit management
Maintaining accurate account records and conducting regular reconciliations
Collaborating cross-functionally with sales and service teams to resolve account discrepancies
Supporting process improvements in cash collection and client relationship management
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:
Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable within a commercial environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships confidently
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a team setting
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and support continuous improvement initiatives
Additional benefits and information for the role of Credit Controller:
Competitive salary of £30,000 – £33,000 (salary will be dependent on experience)
