Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)? Hays Education is urgently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Secondary School Teaching Assistants to work across a range of mainstream and specialist secondary schools in Chesterfield.

�? Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists
* Track and report on student progress and development
?? Requirements:
* Essential: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach
