Description About the Role As our Customer Service Officer (Health & Wellness), you will: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person Support scheduling and coordination of Health & Wellness services Build positive relationships with clients, families, and internal teams Maintain accurate systems, documentation, and records Support onboarding of new clients and staff Contribute to service continuity, quality, and operational targets You’ll be a key connector between our Wellness team, clients, and the wider BallyCara community.
