Requirements and Qualifications
What you bring:
* Adheres to all restaurant service standards to help create “Ale House Raving Fans”
* Food preparation and portioning
* Supports cooks as needed, occasionally being assigned a station
* Ensures compliance with food handling requirements
* Works directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
* Ensures a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for Cooks
* Ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled Food Prep/Dishwasher to take over
* Team Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
* Must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility
