Fully Qualified Teacher – RCT | £166 per day | Immediate Start
Are you a passionate, fully qualified teacher looking for your next role in Rhondda Cynon Taf? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated educator to join a welcoming school in RCT for a full-time, long-term position starting immediately.
Role: Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term

About the Role:

Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to pupils' needs
Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum
Support pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and leadership teams
Maintain excellent classroom management and promote positive behaviour
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
Recent teaching experience in a primary or secondary setting
Strong knowledge of the curriculum
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
