Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The engineer will engage with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments, as well as external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, end-users, to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide product pre-sales promotion, introduce new features, assist customers in product selection, and support sales targets.
* Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.
* Train technical engineers of channel customers to improve their technical knowledge.
* Collect product reviews from customers and contribute to continuous improvement through feedback.
* Assist customers with tender documents and support brand promotion activities like trade shows and open days.
* Offer technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot, and coordinate with R&D.
* Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new products and technical issues.
Key Attributes:
* Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with proper prioritization.
* Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control, video conferencing, VMS, cloud storage, and related products.
* Ability to work independently and set strategic directions.
* Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
* Good customer service and communication skills.
* Quick learner of new technologies.
