Exhibition Sales Manager Full-time | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days from home) 40 hours per week | Competitive salary Uncapped Commission Location: [Insert location] About Us NeuroPlaces is a brand-new B2B Conference & Exhibition dedicated to neuroinclusive public space and workplace design — launching at the Business Design Centre, London in October 2026. As a fast-growing events business expanding into multiple markets, we are now hiring two Exhibition Sales Managers to drive revenue growth across our launch event and two additional events scheduled for next summer. This is a rare opportunity to join at the earliest stage and help shape a rapidly scaling portfolio. The right candidates will be hungry, driven, confident on the phone, and excited by the idea of selling into a nearly untouched, high-potential market. The Role As an Exhibition Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving exhibitor revenue across NeuroPlaces and two new events launching in 2026–2027. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching participation, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. You’ll be selling exhibition stands, sponsorship packages, and upgrade opportunities — with uncapped commission and access to a large, open market. Key Responsibilities Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages and add-ons across multiple events Build, manage and convert a high-volume pipeline of prospects Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and virtual meetings Research and identify companies in relevant sectors Maintain accurate records in the CRM (training provided) Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities as required Contribute to sales strategy, floorplan planning and revenue forecasting Support clients throughout the booking process to ensure an excellent experience Work closely with the Founder and wider team to achieve revenue targets What We’re Looking For Essential Strong communicator who loves speaking with people Confident, proactive and comfortable with outbound calling Target-driven with a commercial mindset Highly organised with good pipeline management skills Self-motivated, enthusiastic and eager to grow within the events industry Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally Desirable (but NOT essential) Exhibition sales experience Media, advertising, recruitment or sponsorship sales experience Experience working in B2B or events environments Knowledge of design, workplace, architecture, technology, HR or accessibility sectors We are absolutely open to ambitious candidates without past exhibition experience — attitude, energy and willingness to learn are more important than sector background.
