Your missionJob Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: Coalisland (office based) Role Summary: As a Project Coordinator, you will provide support to the Build team in NI, collating and reporting data, liaising with the project team and helping to ensure the build teams are supported to carry out their roles.Your profileThe Job Role:Support the Head of Operations and the Build team in NI with administration requirements, including supporting with job packs and updates with build informationEnsure that timesheets are completed and submitted on time and accuratelySupport the permitting team in providing information for upcoming permits required, ensuring works can go ahead as scheduledAttend project update meetings, taking minutes and actions for the build team and following up on actionsLiaise with the project team regularly to ensure data is accurate and up to dateCollating reports on productivity and build statusTriage calls and emails from other business units, ensuring follow up action is taken where requiredWilling to learn company mapping system and support with updates on buildProvide any other general administration support for the build teamEnsure relevant Health & Safety standards are followed and achievedThe Person:At least 2 years' experience in an administration support roleHigh level of IT proficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrable organisation and time management skillsExperience of working in a utilities or construction based environment is desirableAdditional Information:This is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements.
