Role Description
Working closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager, you will help deliver data-driven strategies that engage both prospects and existing members, supporting the full marketing and sales funnel from initial awareness through to conversion and retention.
We’re looking for a versatile, hands‑on marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings a mix of creativity, commercial awareness, and analytical thinking. As a small but rapidly expanding business, the Digital Marketing Executive will play an important role in driving impactful, ROI‑focused campaigns that directly support revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a strong marketing generalist looking to develop into full campaign ownership over time, with exposure to strategy, performance analysis, and end-to-end campaign delivery. Success in this role requires a broad marketing skillset, confidence working with data, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and a clear focus on commercial outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
* Campaign support and execution, assisting in the planning, building and deployment of multi‑channel marketing campaigns
* Content creation and management, supporting the delivery of high-quality, SEO‑led content including blogs, service pages, email campaigns, and social media
* Digital channel management, supporting the day‑to‑day management of digital channels including the company website
* Data analysis and reporting, using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clarity and Google Search Console
What we are looking for:
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in B2B marketing
* Competent with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clarity, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals, CMS and paid advertising channels
* Strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills
* Excellent communication skills and team‑working abilities
