Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician – Location: Luton
Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £53,000 with overtime 1.5x; a guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385
Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm; 1 in 4 Saturdays

Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician role
* Working closely with the breakdown team, attend breakdowns to diagnose issues. Aim to get the vehicle back on the road; otherwise return it to the workshop.
* Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
* Vehicle servicing and general maintenance including electrical work and vehicle diagnostics.
* As the face of the business, deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred; Level 2 considered. Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds, IMI or NVQ. Must be able to show your qualifications.
* Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
* Full UK driving licence – no more than 9 points or bans on the licence.
* Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
